These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stana Pools website and any services, estimates, financing referrals or communications provided by Stana Pools ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Stana Pools designs and builds custom pools, spas and related outdoor living improvements in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. All work is performed under Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC #347349. Estimates given by phone, in person or through this site are non-binding until confirmed in a signed written contract.
Site visits and initial consultations are provided at no cost. Any deposit, contract terms, payment schedule and project timeline will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes that agreement.
Financing options referenced on this site, including through Lyon Financial, are provided by independent third-party lenders. Stana Pools does not control loan approval, rates or terms. Financing details on our financing page are for general informational purposes and subject to change by the lender.
By submitting a form or calling us, you consent to be contacted by phone or email regarding your inquiry. We do not sell your contact information to third parties.
If you separately opt in to text messaging — by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, agreeing to the messaging clause in a signed project agreement, or giving us verbal consent — the following terms apply:
To the extent permitted by Arizona law, Stana Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under a signed construction contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
